Besides owning your own Practice which would be entrepreneurial. I was thinking Psychiatry or Family Practice but FP might be time consuming as are all M.D. Positions

Of course, if you are in a solo practice, you can set your own schedule. But in most cases, Family Practice is one of the most time consuming of the medical specialties. On average an FP will spend 60-70 hours a week or more working at the practice, not including call.
Patients now want to be seen after work or school, and often want weekend appointments. For this reason, many FP offices are open from 8-8:30 am through 7pm most days. Then you have additional hours, because you will not have time during clinic to review lab and diagnostic test reports, as well as every patient who is consulted out gets a report which must be reviewed. Then there is a significant amount of paperwork which is required by the insurance companies. I spend no less than 10 hours a week reviewing patient information, which does not include the information which can be managed by the office nurse (though I have to see and sign off on all of that).
