I don’t believe in that you have to be living in a certain environment in order to do business or start up a business.
I would not move to another place just to start a business.
However, I would say creativity helps. A place where there are a lot of artist or creative industry help brings new ideas for business.
find an area according to what type of business you want to go into.. find your target clients and locate where they are at..and large populated cities
