Think POSITIVE thoughts about your GREAT product and how you’ve worked hard to get where you are going to be tomorrow.
It sounds like you have done tons of research and documentation, don’t overload your potential investor/client!
If possible, take the product with you.
Give a high-level, positive, and enthusiastic overview, and let them ask questions.

Think about it this way…
The people that you will be talking to will be focused on your idea more than you. A great salesman can make a lot of money but a great idea/product can make millions.
If your project will make money for the investors they will be all over it. Go knock em dead.
