Im 13 Can I Get A Real Debit Or Credit Card?

I am a 13 year old entrepreneur with my own business and high scores on the SAT’s and i still don’t have a credit or debit card even though i have a pay-pal account. So, since im 13 and i have a joint account at Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, am i eligible for a credit or debit card? (btw I don’t want some re-loadable little gift card i want the real deal) and don’t say im not ready for the responsibility either Please

The only way that you would be able to get one would be by having your parents give you access to their credit cards.
You can get a debit card, but not a credit card.
