I don’t know them personally, but I used to pay my boss’s personal bills. She would have her home’s windows done each year for an outrageous price!
Good luck with this economy as that would considered a luxury item.
You may need to invest in some type of lift for windows on the second floors (and above).
Look online for these types of business and get some quotes for a fictional building. This will give you an idea of the prices they are charging. Also ask them how they do upper floor windows, products they use, etc.

in between retail jobs and football I always carried squeegees, buckets, poles, towels and ash in my van. I washed windows inside for a dollar a pane and out side for fifty cents a pane and I added more if I had to remove screens or on the inside plain old stacked up stuff in the way. You will need insurance in case you spill the bucket and it ruins a wool carpet but for the rest of it there is good money with going to everyone you know and having the routine night janitors take windows off their contract so your friends can give that part to you. I worked at night and surfed all day and went to school in the afternoon partied till I fell asleep and got up went to work and was always in the water at dawn. You need to be independent without partners and you need to get the owners of the businesses you do to let you do their houses before parties for the bonus money, if the surf was small I went looking for new accounts in board shorts and sandals it was fun and I can always go back to that for emergencies (lucky no emergencies in the past 39 years)
